Exchange Form

When starting the exchange process, please confirm with your teacher that you are ready for the next size, or use our Sizing Guide.  Always default to your teacher first.

Please fill out the Exchange Form and submit it to Wilhite Strings.  We will prepare your new instrument for pickup, or deliver it to your school program.  If we are exchanging at your school, your old instrument must be available for pickup.  We will not leave a new instrument without picking up the old one!

Return Form

If you need to return your instrument and close your active account, please fill out the Return Form linked below, and submit it to Wilhite Strings.  Please indicate whether you will bring the instrument to the shop, or request a school pickup.
